This privacy statement describes how Production World B.V, Production World Special Projects B.V. and Backx Office Holding B.V. (hereinafter Production World) handle personal data. Production World is committed to handling your personal data in a careful and secure manner and to complying with applicable laws and regulations (including AVG). Production World may process personal data about you because you use Production World's services and/or because you have provided the data to us yourself and/or you have given us permission to process your data for a specific purpose. Examples are you work for Production World, you carry out an assignment for Production World and/or Production World carries out a project for you and/or your organisation/employer. We process this data to perform our services. For example, for preparing a contract with you, providing information regarding an event, the use of a script and for the accreditation of an event site.
Third parties
Production World will only use your personal data for the purpose for which it was obtained. We will never sell them to third parties. We will only provide your data to third parties if strictly necessary for the execution of our agreement with you and/or your organisation/employer or to comply with a legal obligation. Think of customers or suppliers involved in the production of an event.
We may acquire personal data from you through a third party. If we do this, we will ask the relevant party to guarantee that the data was obtained by them in a lawful way and that we are entitled to acquire and process it. For example, your data is provided by one of the parties we have an agreement with - think subcontractors.Â

Production World stores the personal data you have provided to us in a well-secured environment, by applying a combination of technical and organisational security measures. The data can only be accessed by authorised persons within our company, who need this access to carry out their work. Production World will not retain personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data was obtained.
View and change data
You have the right to know whether and what personal data of yours are being processed. You may submit a request to view, amend or delete your data. To do so, please contact info@productionworld.nl. We will respond to your request within 4 weeks. If we cannot meet your request or cannot meet it in time, we will inform you within the aforementioned period.
