The NATO Headquarters in Brussels hosted an emergency summit in March 2022 to discuss the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Production World was asked again to project manage and implement the necessary facilities within just eight days.
Key team members and suppliers eagerly reunited, working together efficiently and professionally to deliver the facilities on time, safely, and securely with the quality that such an occasion demands.
Production World, appointed by Neptunus, were onsite for 8 days, working with 16 suppliers and accrediting 160 crew and 60 transports,
The project management team worked together with NATO to plan, organise and deliver several facilities including a VIP arrival and doorsteps area, a media centre for approximetely 500 journalists including two briefing rooms, outdoor stand ups and a Sat Van broadcast area as well as security screening, storage and office facilities.
